The use of digital technology and biomarkers in healthcare  is growing rapidly and represents an opportunity to improve the efficiency of  clinical trials.  Developing digital biomarkers may lead to more  objective, unbiased assessments and patient-oriented endpoints in clinical  trials with the potential for real-world applications.
